Booking & Payment

The easiest way is to WhatsApp us at +91-8390345646 or use the enquiry form on our Contact page. We'll confirm availability, walk you through the tour details, and send you the booking form and payment instructions.
Tour prices are listed in USD but payment is made in INR at the exchange rate on the date of transfer. This is convenient for Indian travellers and GST + TCS are already included in the price.
Yes, a deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm your seat. The remaining balance is due closer to the departure date. Full details are shared in the booking confirmation email.
Yes. All tour prices include GST and TCS. There are no surprise taxes added at checkout. What you see is what you pay (in INR at exchange rate).
Absolutely. We arrange custom private tours and group expeditions to any of our destinations — and beyond. Contact us with your requirements and we'll design the perfect itinerary for your group.

Riding & Driving Experience

No. We welcome all skill levels — from first-time international riders to experienced tourers. Our tours are designed to be manageable for intermediates with daily distances of 4–5 hours. What you do need is a valid international driving licence and the willingness to follow safety guidelines.
Varies by destination. For Kyrgyzstan, we use Honda CRF 250 — ideal for mixed paved and off-road terrain. For European tours, we typically use BMW or KTM adventure bikes. Full details are in each tour's description.
Toyota Sequoia SUV with automatic transmission — powerful, comfortable, and capable on all terrain types from highways to mountain dirt tracks. One vehicle is typically shared between 2–3 participants.
Yes — that's exactly what our self-drive car tours are for. You only need a valid international driving licence. No motorcycle experience needed at all.

Gear & Equipment

Yes — riding gear and helmet are your responsibility and must be brought from India. This includes jacket, pants, gloves, boots, and a certified helmet. Protective gear is mandatory on all motorcycle tours — no exceptions. This is for your safety.
Yes. A dedicated luggage van travels with all motorcycle tours, so you only carry a small day bag on the bike. For car tours, luggage travels in your vehicle.
Every group tour includes a mechanic and support vehicle. Minor repairs are handled on the road. For major issues, a replacement motorcycle will be arranged. Breakdown assistance is fully included in the tour price.

Visa & Travel

Indian passport holders require an e-visa for Kyrgyzstan, which costs approximately INR 5,000. We provide a visa support letter to assist your application. The visa is not included in the tour price.
Travel insurance is strongly recommended and is your responsibility. A good policy covering adventure activities, medical evacuation, and trip cancellation costs approximately INR 2,000–3,000. We can suggest coverage types but do not arrange it on your behalf.
Yes — for both motorcycle and car tours, an International Driving Permit (IDP) is required in most destinations. Obtain this from your local RTO before departure. Cost and processing time vary by state.
No — international flights are not included. We provide the start and end city of each tour, and you book your own flights. We recommend specific flight windows and routes during the booking process. For reference, flights to Bishkek typically cost INR 45,000–50,000.

On the Road

We keep groups deliberately small — typically 8–14 people — to ensure a personal experience and manageable convoy sizes. Larger custom groups can be arranged on request.
Comfortable twin-sharing hotels, guesthouses, or lodges — all personally inspected by Piyush before inclusion. Some tours include a night in an authentic yurt camp (e.g., Song-Kul, Kyrgyzstan), which is a highlight in itself. Single room upgrades are available at additional cost.
Yes — vegetarian and non-vegetarian options are available on all tours. We communicate dietary requirements to all hotels and restaurants in advance. Please inform us at the time of booking.
On car tours (e.g., Kyrgyzstan), a local SIM card is included. For motorcycle tours, we recommend purchasing a local SIM on arrival. Signal can be intermittent in remote mountain areas — but that's part of the adventure.

Cancellation Policy

Our detailed cancellation and refund policy is available at the booking stage and on our full Terms & Conditions page. In general, cancellations made well in advance receive a higher refund. Cancellations close to departure may forfeit the deposit. We recommend travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.
If we cancel a tour due to circumstances within our control, a full refund or credit towards a future tour will be offered. For force majeure events (natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics), our force majeure policy applies — full details in the Terms & Conditions.
In most cases yes — seat transfers to another person are allowed subject to our approval and an administration fee. Contact us as early as possible if you need to make a transfer.
