Georgia is one of the most rewarding motorcycle destinations in the world — and one of the least explored by Indian riders. The Caucasus country packs millennia of history, dramatic mountain roads, 12th-century cave monasteries, a Black Sea coastline and some of the world's oldest wine traditions into a compact, welcoming landscape that costs a fraction of Western Europe.
This Tbilisi-to-Batumi route is the perfect introduction to international motorcycle touring. Roads are well-maintained, signage is clear, and the Georgian people are extraordinarily hospitable. June brings warm days, cool mountain air at altitude and long evenings on the Black Sea Riviera. With a Honda Africa Twin or Transalp 750 beneath you, the Georgian Military Highway — one of the great mountain roads of the Caucasus — is yours to conquer. First international tour? Our group of MWDM riders from Mumbai enrolled for the Morocco tour designed by MotoRover. We asked them to make some minor changes to suit the riders and they happily complied. The complete riding experience was amazing, from the pickup at Casablanca to drop off back at Casablanca airport. The Scotland Motorcycle Tour was simply a dream. The entire tour was meticulously planned and flawlessly executed.
