New Zealand's South Island is motorcycling's finest canvas — a compact, road-perfect landmass where ancient glaciers calve into the Tasman Sea, fjords split sheer mountain walls, and the highest sealed road in the country crests a panorama that stops riders in their tracks. This 9-day loop from Christchurch delivers every superlative the country has to offer.
February and March are peak summer in the Southern Hemisphere — long golden days, dry alpine passes and the Milford Road at its most spectacular. The Honda CB500X, Triumph Tiger 660 and BMW F750 GS have been chosen specifically for these roads: agile enough for the winding Haast Pass gorge, comfortable enough for 300 km days, and sure-footed on the occasional gravel detour. New Zealand is an ideal first international motorcycle tour — left-hand traffic, world-class road surfaces and infrastructure — and a bucket-list destination for seasoned riders alike.

Our group of MWDM riders from Mumbai enrolled for the Morocco tour designed by MotoRover. We asked them to make some minor changes to suit the riders and they happily complied. The complete riding experience was amazing, from the pickup at Casablanca to drop off back at Casablanca airport. The Scotland Motorcycle Tour was simply a dream. The entire tour was meticulously planned and flawlessly executed.
